Refund & Return Policy

Overview
At BentoWave, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds, returns, and replacements.


1. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bentowave.shop@gmail.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (at no additional cost), or

  • A full refund


2. Items Lost in Transit
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window by 10 business days, please contact us.
We will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

By placing an order, you agree to our estimated delivery times stated in our Shipping Policy.


3. Returns (Change of Mind)
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages
BentoWave is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we can provide:

  • Tracking details

  • Delivery confirmation from the carrier

We recommend contacting your local post office or courier for assistance in such cases.


5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used lunch boxes or food containers

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)


6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at bentowave.shop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/refund.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
