MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING
90% of our orders have a tracking number available. However, it's possible that your order doesn't have one. Please contact us at bentowave.shop@gmail.com in case you need more information, and we'll do our best to assist you!
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address and phone number. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.
THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET
Sometimes tracking services mark an order as delivered when it has reached your local post office. Please wait a few more days or contact your local post office directly.

BentoWave ships worldwide to most countries every day.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT?
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 days of payment. You will be notified by email when your items ship.
MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your items do not arrive within 45 business days, please contact us at bentowave.shop@gmail.com.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard International Shipping: 8–20 business days. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (or up to 6 during peak periods).
HOW IS THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED?
Packages are delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If no one is home, a notice may be left.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We offer FREE shipping worldwide!
FROM WHERE IS MY PACKAGE BEING SHIPPED?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / FAULTY PRODUCT?
Send us a photo or video proof of the damage and we’ll send a new item immediately—free of charge.
AFTER PURCHASE
I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS / CHOSE THE WRONG VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
Email us at bentowave.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but once the item is shipped, we may not be able to change it.
MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS, WHAT CAN I DO?
We are not responsible for customs delays or charges. Contact your local customs office for more info.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us right after placing your order at bentowave.shop@gmail.com and we may be able to update it. Once it’s processed, changes may not be possible.
